Don't supply transport

I purchase river sand and cement at bolani built it in zola 1 today the time was 9:00am. I was told they won't delivery my material on that day they can deliver on Sunday they still have to deliver yesterday orders. What I need to know why they selling building material without enough transport. They don't even care about clients sipho the dispatch guy take a person calls while waiting for them to dispatch I was told after that he cannot do my order cause their driver is busy somewhere and his not sure when to deliver. They just don't care about customers their full staff of build it, I went back to the office to cancel the order cause I don't get transport they told me they don't cancel. I really had bad day I even make my builders to wait for me but unfortunately I had to tell them to go home cause delivery will never happen.
