Disgusting Customer Care

Never in my whole life have I recieved such poor client service. It takes weeks to resolve an issue that is a mistake on Build it's side and no communication is given through at all! The Manager does not do anything to accommodate the clients and does not even respond to head office complaint emails. Disgusting to see that a business can be so unprofessional. I will NEVER suggest this business to anyone!
