Disgusted client

I Have to I am very disgusted by the way in which Build IT Ventersdorp is conducting its business. I bought 5 pallets of Maxi bricks but I was told the business does not have enough transport to deliver those pallets meaning I have to buy 5 of which they can only deliver 4. Meaning if I buy 16 pallets I will have to pay 4 truck each since one truck only delivers 4. It is very disappointing when a consultant tell a client that that's how they operate as its it correct. It is very expensive and inconvenience for me as as customer and for Build It to operate in this manner and its disgusting that this seems to think its right and we should just understand. It is not my problem that a big business can decide to conduct itself in this way and they need to sort out this problem. I do not have a budget of four trucks that I will have to pay when your Build It Ventersdop can simply outsourced if they feel they do not have enough trucks. its pathetic to say the least.
