Disappointing Experience with Build It Ottery

I'm extremely frustrated with the service I've received from Build It Ottery. On January 6th, I spent ages on the phone trying to get hold of someone to finalize my order. Finally, after an hour of waiting, I made the payment for 16 bags of sand, 3 bags of cement, a paint primer, and delivery to my house.

And here’s the thing I've been waiting for three days for the delivery, and no one has bothered to contact me!!! I've been messaging Mark, the salesperson, but still, no update. The builders are waiting to continue work but I’m stuck waiting and waiting!!!

What really gets me is that I live in Eagle/Pelican Park and the Store is in Ottery! Literally less than 10 minute drive. You'd think that would make things easier, but apparently not!!!!

Sadly, this isn't my first bad experience with Build It Ottery. If I'd known I'd be facing the same delays and poor service again, I would've taken my business elsewhere!!!!

Can someone please look into this and get my order delivered ASAP? It’s been 3 days! How long should I wait for delivery!!!
