Did not deliver all the requested material

I paid on the 19/05/2015 at 08H30 for items to be delivered . They delivered on the 21/05/2015 but fail to deliver all the rough timber . I paid for 11 roughs but they only delivered 8 . They fail to contact me and inform me that only 8 instead of 11 was delivered.
