Delivery service is horrible

I’m not happy with delivery service for Build It at Southway Mall Durban, we always wait for 4 days sometimes 5 other time i had to wait for almost 7 days for IBR sheet delivery, even after the IBR sheet were delivered the quality was very poor compare to the 1st order I made, I couldn’t do anything because rains in Durban we’re affecting my building project I had to use them…

even now it has been 4 days my ceiling equipments have not been delivered…

I raised the issue with another Indian guy I think he is a manager he told me they only have 1 bakkie for delivery they will deliver between Friday the 5th of April 2025 or Saturday and that was Tuesday when I made a purchase…

He didn’t much care to the point that when I was decided to stop the purchase he was fine with it, even when in reconsidered my decision since build it is near my house but still he told me they will only delivery in 3 to 4 days to come but still nothing is being delivered…
