DELIVERY FOR ORDERS IS REDICULOUS!!

I ordered a mahogany door worth R3500, two weeks ago...every week its a new story, first they waiting for shipment from China, then it was 7 working days after they did not bother to call me and tell me the status of my order, how pathetic is their communication etiquette? My damn account is billed, yet no door.. .. they want to tell me they cannot arrange for another store to deliver??? I mean this is crazy...if you know your shipment takes decades DO NOT MAKE DAMN PROMISES!!! now my building project has to be on standstill because you cannot provide a door?? if I have door by this coming Thursday please refund me in full.
