Delivary debacle
<p>I have been doing business with the Pinetown Build It in KZN. I am extremely annoyed with their service! I am currently extending my family home in Embo just outside of Hillcrest, and natuarally I went to my closest hardware which is Build It Pinetown, as I work in Pinetown, for my window and door frames. I made my payment on a Thurday and my goods were delivered the following Monday, which I thought was fair. However one of the frames ordered was incorrect, it was a much pricier one and one that I hadn't ordered. I went to the Build It branch again and I was assured that it would be sorted out, copies of my invoice were made and I thought no this is an honest mistake and they are sorting it out. Fast forward about a week later and my frame has still not been delivered and I am still sitting with the incorrect frame. I went to the branch again on the 28th of February to try sort it out and the sales consultant who had promised to get it sorted was at a complete loss as to how it hadn't been delivered, asking me again for my invoice which I then asked but I saw you make a copy, what happended to that one? Then a minute later while speaking to the driver who is going to deliver it, he says the frame that I require costs more. I say that's not possible can we go and have a look at the frames. Low and behold the driver is still under the impression that I require the frame that was incorrectly delivered. The incompetance now has got me itching with anger, the driver then promises that the frame will be delivered latest tomorrow which is the 1st of March. I then called the driver in the moring of today the 1st of March and he assured me that a delivary would take place. By midday I call home as I was at work and no frame, I call the driver he says no matter what, it will be delivered. By 5pm the frame has still not arrived and the driver says I must speak to the sales consultant as he knows what's going on. I am now seething with anger at the incompetence and the blatant disregard for my intelligence. I paid the R640 for delivary to Embo and this is what I get</p>
