I purchased an aluminium door on the 29November 2024 at build it DTM paid full and the insurance included delivery fee , I have not received it until now .when am requesting my refund they are refusing spoke to Hamza he has been saying he has escalated the matter but no boses is available they all on leave. Is that my problem? I needy aluminium door or refund my money fully ASAP
