Customer service

Terrible customer service, I bought goods and they didn't tell me they don't have it on stock and it has been over three weeks now trying to get my stuff delivered with no success and proper assistance, there's no specific persons responsible for anything, the hierarchy is a mess everyone is just doing whatever and no sense of accountability. When you lodge a complaint with the head office they refer you back to the store that has failed you initially, it's like no one wants to take responsibility and account to someone. it would seem we're better off buying **** stuff from the newer hardware, at least there you get what you bought.
