Complaint

I went to buy some DIY stuff at the store today and asked for a price on a brown mahogany double door. One of the assistance took the bar code off the door and went to the cashier for a quote. They quotes me R4500 for the door. I told them I was taking it and as I was about to pay, they told me they had quoted me an incorrect price and the manager said he wanted to give me the door for 5500 "cost". I'm not happy and I would not advise anyone to purchase anything at that store. The staff is friendly but unfortunately their manager does not have good people s****s and clearly is not well aware of the law. I am still going to lay a cplakng with the ombudsmen as well.
