Complaint

I bought building material with a full price in the Eastern Cape (Nqamakwe). I had to go back to Cape Town for work purposes, my delivery has not been made since the 1st of August and when I try to give them a call they always promise that its going to be delieverd when I email the manager (Sipho)won't even respond on my emails . My contractors are stuck in one place. This is so unacceptable and inconvenient.
