Complain

<p>My mom bought 2 garage doors at Build it Taung, since she was waiting for the goods to be delivered until now its been 3 weeks what frustrating is they not phoning her for update. My mom phone them and they keep on saying they will deliver but not. I phoned them asking for the store manager he/she was not there and i spoke to the other lady who is workng at the counter and she was very rude she was telling me that she want to speak to my mom because she is the one who done the order and she droped the phone , i mean i only wanted to know about the deliver nothing else. So is that how buildt it must speak to the customers? I am very dissapointed. Customers must be treated with respect and empty promises to the customers must be stopped.</p>
