Changing bath mixer at build it they refuse to help me

I bought a bath tap mixer and a basin mixer and white silicone, I had a problem with a bath mixer it was leak after I assemble the i went back to them to change it,they did accept to change it suddenly they deny so i left it in store,went home empty hand just with my recit.
