Cancellation of Account/ Refund

I am very angry and upset of the service I have received from Build it. I went there to buy material to renovate my home and the consultant that assisted me at build it KwaMashu a lady named Nomcebo offered me a loan instead of buying the material cash, yes at that time I though is was a good Idea. After signing the documents I than asked her to send me a copy of my contract (which she delayed to send ) as I was reviewing my contract I realized that there where pages that she did not include in the contract for me to read I than decided to cancel it because she was dishonest about most of the terms. I told her to process the cancellation which she gave me a run around for she even said I will need to pay the company electricity many and for a=other resources that they used to make this agreement which I was more than happy to pay as long as the account got cancelled. I have been trying to get this account cancelled by Build it since the 6th of September and they giving me the run around. Can any assist with how I can get this sorted out cause it is ruining my credit score. I have been dealing with the manager Silver and he has been no help at all. He doesn't even bother with providing me with updates
