Built it Magacity Mall Umlazi.

I saw a door that I want on the current Built it catalog, I went to the store in Megacity Mall, Umlazi for about 4 times asking about the door and they told me that it is a national advert. The second last time I asked to speak to the manager and he said he will try and get me the door, I must come back on Monday.(it was Saturday when we had this conversation). I went back on Wednesday which was yesterday. The manager just left me they standing after he said he can't find the door and if he had to bring it from national, do I know of the costs he will incurre to bring in one door. So I asked him why they advertised something that they don't have? I didn't get an answer. Am I suppose to to carry the cost of transporting the door to his shop and than buy it from him? Cause he has already imp**** that he won't do it. Honestly I'm not sure how to feel about my experience with this store. What happened to going far and beyond for the customer? What happened to the YES, WE CAN on your slogan.
