Built it Mafikeng does not want to release material after Payment was Made

I requested a quotation as i wanted to urgently buy the materials. Build It send a quotation via email. I then made an EFT with proof of payment being sent directly by my bank to Built It. When i asked that the good be released they then told me that they are waiting for funds to reflect. Why didn't they inform me when i made the EFT to clear the funds immediately? Now i have to wait for funds to reflect, when i complained about this insane process of theirs and not informing me as client to clear the funds, the manager dropped the phone on me.

Other Hardware Stores in Mafikeng, i will be bringing my business to you. Done with this store. My friends and family will be warned about it as well.
