Built it Hibberdene - don't ask them to deliver your order!!

I have supported Build it in Hibberdene for several years - NEVER AGAIN. Their delivery service is totally atrocious! On 04 February I went into The Hibberdene Built it branch to buy several items amongst which was 2 cubic meters of sand and stone and 10 bags of cement. I was told that they were not able to deliver on the 4th, but would deliver first thing on 5th March, so I arranged to have additional labour for that day. At 10h00 I phoned to query what had happened to my delivery, was put through to an extension only to be told to leave a message which I did - still waiting for feedback at 11h50. I made several additional calls since and received no response. With 5 workers waiting for this order to carry on with the work that I require, I will now have to pay for another day's wages and an additional unwanted delay in completing the work that was planned. I REALLY appreciate this Built it Hibberdene. Needless to say, I will not use them EVER again. John Clayton Elysium, KZN
