Built IT DTM - Online Exchange NightMare
Hi, I have Purchased Door Aluminium Rs Stable 5 Panel Right1849R Budget. The purchase was done Online and delivered. After delivery, I requested for a exchange from Stable to Not Stable of the same door and willing to pay delivery costs. I have been waiting for two weeks for Built IT DTM to collect and exchange the door. My house renovation has stopped and there no one asssiting at built it. I now regret the day I use Built It online. I have tried to call, send emails and even went to the one near me. I was told they can assist. All i ask for is an exchange of the door.
