Buildit matatiela don't take their clients serious

27 December 2022 made a purchase at built it matatiela two sam transactions went of my account I called my bank to reverse money back it to my account the bank gave me a code to give to build it to contact the bank so my could release my money I went to the shop manager to explain to them and i gave him the reference code to use when contacting the bank (STD bank) as per instruction from my bank that was on 30th of December 2022 but until no the 8th built it matatiela hasn't contacted the bank so I can get my money because for the bank to reverse my money is all in their hands just to call the bank, I tried several times to call the shop as I'm staying 100km away all what I get the manager is on the call leave your number I've been leaving my number to 5 people but he never called me I feel buld it matatiela they don't take their clients seriously as I believe this double transaction is because of their speed point now I really don't understand if it can take more that 10 day for a manager to contact the bank on my behalf so I can get my R2160 back into my account hello Peter please help me out
