Build It: Where you pay for good and are given the run around when they have to deliver

On the 27th of July I went to the Build It store in Marapyane and met up with a sales person by the man of Charles to acquire about a quotation regarding timbers and I was given a printout. On the 29th of July I deposited an amount of R 6270.00 into their business account and made contact with the store to enquire if they had received a notification regarding my payment and Charles confirmed that they had received it, I then enquired about when my goods can be collected and I was then told that they had no stock of the goods I had paid for but that they should be restocked the following day. The following day I again called the store and was told that a truck carrying the stock was leaving from Nylstroom and that my goods will arrive the following day, then the following day I AGAIN called the store and was told that they will contact the store in Pankop to check if they have stock and as a gesture of goodwill they would deliver the timber to my home but that delivery NEVER came. I contacted the Pankop branch out of frustration and they confirmed that they have stock of the timber I want but they had not been contacted by the Marapyane branch so they cannot assist me unless they are contacted by either Charles or Manase (the manager). I am frustrated because these people have my money but are not delivering my goods and I'm being told countless lies by the sales person and the manager.
