Build It Tsakane

On the 13th April 2023 I went to the BuildIt store in Tsakane amounting to R16 992,77. On the same day we went back and exchanged some items and we shared our slip and we got the goods exchanged. While doing the exchange the consultant took our slip and we signed the dispatch form, the consultant never gave back our slip. The next day we went back to the build it store and we asked for our slip and we were told that they don't have it. I asked to speak to the Supervisor, Manager for assistance but was sent from pillar to post. I really need my slip as we have building material that we need to return and we were told we cant return without a slip. I am very disappointed that they lost my slip and now i'm not able to return stuff because they are not able to re-print the slip.
