Build it : sun village/Sun city bad service

On Saturday I went to BUILD IT at sun city Rustenburg to buy bricks for my building project. They confirm that they have enough stock. after i make the payment that's when they told me that they can't deliver today but on Monday.. ***.. After a long discussion we agreed they will deliver first thing on Monday morning. FastTrack to Monday after several calls they only delivered late afternoon with half the *** and No indication of when the rest be delivered. Today/ Tuesday after several back and forth they are not sure when they will deliver. Nicho your people needs customer service workshop or training and get your store in order or we are going to Indian shops.
