*** this person calls me on Saturday to advise me on a delivery, after advising the person that I am in durban and that he has the wrong number, he proceeded to shout very loudly over the phone to me "**** YOU". I'm not one to usually complain, but when a little ***** of a delivery driver/assistant calls and swears at me over the phone because they ****ed up on the number, I will not tolerate it. I have his number and branch he was running for. I will be in jhb soon and I do not forget these things. sort your staff out because the next time the next person won't be so forgiving.
