Build it refuse to refunds us of our hard earned money

Durung the looting disaster that we had a year back, I had an open account with build it. Since thay incident happen we have been promised that we will get our refunds of the money never used since that devastating thing took place. I have been in talks with a number of people who promised that the franchise owners of the build it in Orange fam will refund us our money back since we never got a chance to the the building materials thay we were suppose to get when the looting started.
