Build It Refund process

I am very disappointed with my experience at Build It. The service has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to refunds. I have been waiting an unreasonably long time for my refund, with very little communication or urgency shown from the company’s side.

Despite following the correct process and providing all the required information, the refund has still not been processed. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has left me questioning Build It’s customer service standards and internal processes.

As a customer, I expect transparency, timely resolution, and clear communication—none of which I have experienced so far. I hope Build It improves how they handle refunds and treats customers’ money with the seriousness it deserves.
