BUILD IT REFUND

In 2020 we deposited building material at Build it and continue to pay monthly after that. We paid a total of R10 200,00 that was in 2021 when we finished paying. After that we were told that our material will be delivered. Unfortunately looting happened before the delivery could take place. Since from then we've been sent from pillar to post when enquire about the delivery or the refund we are being told that their system shows that we did not make any deposit. Yes it's been too long but R10 000 is alot of money to let go. Their business has insurance for such things, they have been paid. We also deserve to be reimbursed. Unfortunately the branch in Orange Farm was closed. It is now Smart build.
