Build It Postmasburg is a disappointment

31st July I paid a visit to Build It Postmasburg to purchase paint. While in store I fell, I reported to the employees who was assisting me.

Following day I experienced excruciating pain in my hand, the Monday I paid a visit to my GP. Turns out I sprained my pinky finger.

After my visit I went to Build It where I was met by a manager who stated after I asked if they can put up demarcations "It's a retail store and you can't have demarcations every corner".

She processed my complaint to Build It Upington, it's been two weeks without any answers on what to be done by situation or my medical costs.

Their service is excellent on the floor, Janine the lady who witnessed the incident helped me get up took perfect care of me.

The service on the managerial side needs a lot of work especially how they treat paying customers
