I ordered and paid for sand, cement and electrical items for R21 071- on 27 Feb, received telephonic confirmation from Kgaogelo. she said delivery would on Tuesday, I.e. day only to call later that the truck broke down and that they have pvt truck that I should pay extra to, which I refused. asked to speak to manager who pretended not to know, when i asked if I can get a IBT to Siyabuswa, on 01 March only to fob me off today the 2nd that it is first come first serve.
