Build-IT Mafikeng refund

In 2014 I went to Build-It Mafikeng apply for building materials on Credit. After applying then they did not call me to inform me whether I have been approved or not so I though I was not approved hence they did not call me. In 2013 I app**** for consolidation of debt with Real People so they consolidated my debts at a later stage Real People informed me that one of the accounts they paid was from Build It but I didn’t know and I didn’t receive any material from Build It. After finding out I went to Build It Mafikeng wanting my refund they keep on taking me back and fourth saying they have to look in their books as the invoice is in 2014. I want to be refunded R9,424,76 by Build It as I paid the loan/credit of the material I did not receive. I am asking Hello Peter to assist me to get my refund of R9,424.76 from Build It. Invoice number is INV311922 dated 14/02/2014, Acc no from Build It is RAD012. Thank You from LB Raditladi ***.
