Build it Mabopane

Build It Mabopane gave me the most appalling and insulting customer service experience imaginable. I purchased bricks at their standard price, only to later discover they were on sale. When I asked the sales rep why the discount wasn’t app****, they rudely told me it’s my responsibility as a customer to request the discount. Since when is it the customer’s job to beg for sale prices? This is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional!

It gets worse. When I asked if this bizarre practice is standard, the sales rep hung up on me. Yes, hung up—no apology, no explanation, just blatant disrespect.

Hoping to get proper assistance, I escalated the matter to customer care. They asked me to send an email, which I did immediately. In their response, they cc’d the manager, who requested additional information. I provided all the details they asked for, thinking someone would take this seriously. But after that? Absolutely nothing. They ignored me completely and left the issue unresolved.

The level of incompetence and indifference at Build It Mabopane is absolutely shocking. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to fix their mistakes, while management is just as useless. They treat customers like an inconvenience and couldn’t care less about resolving issues.

If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Build It Mabopane like the plague. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.
