Build It is bad on delivery and service rendering

The terrible service I received from buildIt Klerksoord branch is very disappointing,I paid and they didn't process my invoice in time and on top they have not delivered my bricks,the builders have been waiting since Saturday 16-10-2021 now is Monday still there is nothing the tendency of Build It to make clients buy without living to the delivery time frame is boring,the manager Jan Maritz was very rude to me when I enquired about the time of delivery he just shouted "Monday" I called them this morning and still they don't know the time of delivery now the say has lapsed still no bricks.
