BUILD IT IS BAD NEWS

I placed an order for boards that must be cut to certain sizes on 30 December 2025, since then I have followed up numerous occassions with excuses about waiting for a supplier to supply the remaining products. I was told that it would be all available on 2 February 2026. When I went into the store it was advised that the supplier will only have stock in the 2nd week of February now. I said cancel the other items and cut the boards, I was toild I could collect the cut wood yesterday 2 February 2026, I asked that they first call to advise if finished. Today I called and said that they must advise when cut and I will be there, I was there just after the time they said it would be completed, when I got there it was still not complete. I asked to speak to the manager of the store in Bothasig, Cape Town, Mark, he was not interested , he first wanted to speak to the staff member who does the cutting, I left the store advising Mark must contact me and come and visitr me at my office. I called the Central Head Office number, was re routed to someone for the complaint who was not available, I called back and waited more than 9 minutes for the reception to answer. I called back again and again waited 9 minutes for reception to answer. Build It is not interested in their customers and their Centrral Office is extremely inefficient.
