I paid for 2500 M6 Blocks that I saw on display, and they delivered bad quality M6 blocks. My builder was not there when they delivered the first load and so was I, when they delivered the second load my builder was there and he said these are not the blocks we paid for we must ask them to stop with the delivery. I called the store (build it) Mthatha and the assistant manager Roy was very helpful and I showed him one M6 block and he confirmed that was not the block I paid for in fact they do not sell such blocks (A Grade)when they do they charge less amount. That means the supplier delivered wrong M6 blocks and promised to take care of the matter. The manger of the store Wayne is very rude and arrogant, he has poor customer service, he does not consider his clients instead he threatened to call a TLB and destroy my house he is not going to give me the difference of the amount I paid. I trusted build it with good quality and good customer service, if I and my builder wanted M6 blocks and stock bricks from hardware around the area, we would have bought them there with R5 each but we thought build it is still the same build it that is known as the one that provide good quality material. All I wanted was the guy to give me the difference of the blocks that I have used. Assistant manager went to the site to see the blocks that they were delivered and took pictures, He then confirmed that the blocks were bad quality. Be careful of BUILD IT, they do not DELIVER what they DISPLAY and because they are trusted no one will ever notice.
