Build it is the absolute pits. I ordered and paid for a steel downpipe on the 19th of January 2023, for months I kept trying to ask them when it's coming. Until I decided to buy it else where. I took a picture of the original receipt and when I went there to get paint with the money, they tell me that they want the oringal receipt. Even after explaining that it is will be difficult a receipt after all this time.i ask them to check their system if it was ever collected and the flat out refuse.
Build It is just a **** and not a place to buy any product. I will never buy anything and will encourage people in my community to never buy anything there ever again.

24 Mar 2023, 21:38Do as you must, as a ward committee I will just push a campaign for people to stop using the store. It can't be that 2023 where I can get an electronic receipt you can't check if I collected something. You have truly a terrible service and no solutions for people and deserve to be boycotted.
