Build it Hardware, King of False Advertising!!!
Build it Thembisa did me dirty. In fact, they are the king of switch-and-bait. They displayed a 5 piece “quality” toilet set only to sell me a ****ty product. And they refuse to change it, claiming that it is not their fault that they sold me a ****ty product because they do not manufacture their supplies. ****ty reasoning plus ****ty customer services!! 😤

Thank you for contacting Build it. Please be advised that the manager has responded and confirmed that he contacted you regarding your complaint about the size of the toilet outlet hole. Unfortunately, the toilet has already been installed.
The store has further confirmed that the matter has been escalated to the supplier to determine whether the toilet is defective, and they are currently awaiting feedback. Once feedback is received from the supplier, I trust the store will be in contact with you. I will also contact you once feedback is received.

26 Jun 2026, 19:01Three months later, no update. I once followed up with a guy who introduced himself as a Store Manager. Last time I heard from him was when I asked for update (wanting to find out if the supplier has responded) and his response was; “No news is good news.” And on the 7th April, I followed up with him and responded with premium silence.
