Build it Extorsion

I bought building material from Build it Atteridgeville and due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel the sale of just over R11000 but Build it Atteridgeville want to charge 20% refund fee for goods that were never delivered and no sale was completed as I have never handled the goods. This is extorsion at the highest level. You can not expect me to pay you 20% for refunding my money more especially if goods were never delivered.
