Build IT Esikhawini - Conning customers money

I usually deposit money into BuildIT Esikhawini bank account to buy building material. Never opened a credit account with them.

Now they say I owe the store a huge amount.

Last deposit to the store bank account was in November 2019, R3 600 deposited. I never took the material for the last deposited money.

The procedure that I used before purchasing is as follows: 1. Request quote 2. Deposit funds make it extra by R50 / R100 3. Collect material.

I don't understand how the credit part is coming from.

I've been communicating with the store management since December 2019 with no success in resolving this matter.
