Build It - customer service ZERO

I have bought 3 door locks at the Vredenburg branch when I was in that area Friday on a site visit. Unfortunately the locks were not correct. I went to Brackenfell branch where they claim they cannot exchange it, I must take it back to Vredenburg. Do you realy expect me to do a round trip of 360km to return it? Surely something could be arranged? It is not that I try to return goods that was bought at Oom Jans Hardware and Paint! It is in closed build it packaging. Build it is a nationwide company. It is not acceptable at all and it is terrible service for a nationwide company with ties to Spar.
