Build It Carelessness costing me a lot of money

Yesterday I went to build it to buy some fence, they gave me a wrong thing so today I had to travel back to Empangeni with my last money to change this, when I get there they say I must come in to sign a form, I tell them I forgot my musk at home so they should bring the form at the door, then they all went away, as we speak im at town and unhelped. Meaning I must now go far back home to fetch a musk in order to get help on their carelessness. Had they double checked this thing id be home doing something better with my time. Is this the service we are paying for at Build It?
