Build it & Capitec Home Improvement Loans
I have one thing to advise you guys to do .
Do not involve yourself with Banks .
It may be lucrative but at the cost of your Customer Service I’m not sure !!
You have you own processes which work wonderfully to service US YOUR CLIENTS!
Now your processes should allow for both Companies to work Seamlessly but it’s just not working for some customers like my self .
It gets quite annoying when you hear to defferent stories of how One THING works .
Please work on that is seriously going to make you guys loss customers
As of now I’m going to cancel everything due to that .
Hope you understand the frustration this has coursed .
