Build it Blue Hills TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought material from Build it Blue Hills on the 30th August 2018, they still have not completed the delivery and the date today is the 18th September. Builders whom we have contracted have been waiting for the material. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of urgency for a paying customer. I have asked them to bring back my money and that they fetch the little they have delivered in a space of two and a half weeks. Management has been giving us the run around as to who should be sorting this mess out. If you pay in full up front, that deal is in the bag for them thus you are not important anymore. We paid almost R10K in full but they are delivering the material as if they do not have our money in their pocket.

Do yourself a favour and go to a store that will a) Recognize that you are a paying customer b) Give you what you pay for This delivery has taken longer than the actual project.
