Build it Bloodriver - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Build it Bloodriver in polokwane has a very *********** manager who sells things that aren't instock and you will wait for for your order for a very long time with no correspondence whatsoever. He always act very concern when you are in-store and apologetic about the inconvenience he caused but no follow ups nor update you will get from him. People of Seshego and surrounding areas, i advice you not you make a mistake of going to that shop as regrets are going to be your position...i bought building material and paid cash and awaited for delivery for a week...while they deliver my order they short-delivered my order and no apology whatsoever nothing...the next thing when they deliver my stock after i went to the shop to claim my full refund, they brought cheap corrugated iron to my place and never even apologize for such while i paid for the stronger ones...so, i called and complained to the manager Chauke whom i was communicating with from beginning and upto this time, he said he'll come back to me up until now...this is VERY PATHETIC SERVICE and manager to can run such a big and well branded shop because this is how it'll come to disrepute of the company...people when the apply for jobs they look desperate but once they are in, they just mess things up so bad...
