Build it atteridgeville
I bought a garage roller door in January 2019 and then I used it for February and March it broke the wheels that help it to roll I went back n ask what happens if something like that happened the answer by the floor manager (Nkosi) said it is for the first time he hears situation like this he asked me to live my contact details so that he call the supplier to find out. I also suggested if is possible for me to the wheels separate. I followed up with him by phoning the store n the answer was there is nothing the can do N I can't buy those wheels separate. I am very angry because my naighbour saw my door n asked where did buy it I said build it she the responded I too bought it there n now it also not opening. So I then thought they sell infarior quality products surely I will tell my uncles my friends colleagues n my chickens if need be not to buy anything at build it because the things/products they offer is of no good quality especially their roller garage door and yet they protect their suppliers. I hate waking up everyday seeing that door because there is my +-R1300 gone in to the drain. I hate the store and the brand until they replace my door.
