BUILD IT ARE ********

I don't know who to talk to anymore if has done nothing but portray thieving tendencies! I paid your Madadeni branch last week Wednesday & might I add, I was told to do a special clearance as I was paying via bank EFT, to which I incurred extra charges. I absolutely did not have a problem doing that since I promised by so doing, delivery of goods purchased would then take 2-3 days. I have since been calling following up on expected delivery date to which I was once again promised would happen today (28 December). Silly me, trusting that people would actually do what they are hired to do after taking my money, I called once again today, just to make sure that the delivery was on its way. To my disappointment, I just found out that someone sat on their big behinds and DIDN'T CARE to process a payment that was requested to be made a special clearance. What makes matters even more disgusting is the nerve of the lazy staff telling me this would now take yet another 2-3 days to process for goods to be delivered. Are you clowns out of your twisted minds????? What the hell do you have people there for if they're aren't going to do what they're supposed to do. You need to keep in mind that you're not donating these items to me!!! I bought them you lazy bums and should have to bare the conciseness of your disgusting laziness!!! You either deliver my goods by tomorrow or I am going to open a case of theft against. If you're used to taking people's money only to give them a run around, you have another thing coming you **********!!!
