Broken Telephone!

The phones are never answered. When one follows the voice prompts, no.2 for deliveries just dies after pressing it. Goods were paid for in cash on Monday 3rd February. It is the 6th today and we haven't even seen a delivery truck pass our house.

The head office is even worse. The number listed makes you listen to a gentleman saying everything good about why one should choose to use Build It for 5 mins before the call gets transferred to an agent. Once the call is transferred, it rings for another 2 mins without getting answered.

Build It has zero business etiquette!
