Blocks pile blocking entrance

10/03/23 I sent my sister with qoutation to pay for material.she paid and was promised that delivery will be made Monday 12/03 . Monday while we were not home, delivery of 600 blocks was made . We not sure whether these blocks are 600 or not ,secondly they were put right in front of the door, who does that in his right mind? There is a place where other blocks are placed,and it's so visible, even a child can determine that this is where the buildit delivery should have been made.

We called the manager and told him that these blocks are blocking the main entrance and since we are all females we can't move them and especially we feel disrespected by the way they were placed.we requested that whoever made the delivery should come back and sort this out or they should come fetch their blocks and bring my money back. The call and Whatsapp text were sent on Monday way be before the store is closed,but until today we are stuck will blocks blocking the entrance,mind you we have a car that needs to park , so daily the car slides in-between the blocks and there a 99% that you could hit the pile.

Now I want build to come fetch their stupid blocks because they are undermining me and the complain I made ,,,I don't want these blocks any more ,I just want my money back ASAP.
