BEWARE OF BUILD IT

On Thursday 28 January 2016 I went to the Athlone branch and asked the salesman Sabrie Amien for a quote. When he handed me the quote he out of his own said that if we buy the material from them we will get a discount on the quote. Having discussed the matter at home we went back on Friday 29 January 2016 to order the material. We were promised that the material will be delivered today.<br> <br> Firstly we never got the discount as the owner Mr Osman said he didn't know what the agreement between the salesman and me was. Then today to get the material delivered was a battle and all the material was not delivered the wrong stuff was delivered and the wrong amounts. Mr Osman told us he only ordered our stuff this morning but we paid him on Friday already.<br> <br> I contacted build it via email to inform them of the dishonesty of Sabrie Amien no response. I phoned their customer care line and a Andrew From Mpumalanga promised me that a person from the Western Cape will contact me to date no phone call. When I phoned again Andrew did not answer his phone but told the lady that the matter was sorted. She promised me a director will phone. NO CONTACT THAT IS WHAT YOU THINK OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
