Ben Must Go...Inanda Build It

This must be the worse experience i have ever had. I placed an order through a guy called Ben who works there. It was all good when i wanted thd quotation and made my EFT payment. I tben paid for my own transport to pick up the material and boom my order is short. The manager confirmed that thd order was placed knowing that they were out of stock. Futher more i was patient and waited for them to drliver. Timd for delivery came and i have never seen such rudeness in my entire existance. I need something done about this Ben guy. As i am now reporting him to head office
