Being ****** and given the run around

Hi I write for the second time as I have not yet been assisted or updated on my request.. I have taken out a loan from frin Kanga/lencore finance from a lencore agent who sits in the build it store ..till this day the Agent has been avoiding me ... I have put in a request for the loan amount to be decreased..Kanga/lendcore gas also sent build it a letter of cancelation so Build it can do a refund. Build it till now has not done the refund the consultant avoids my calls to these store, watsapp as well as my calls on her cell phone ..please help destroat customer... ***
